Dom otoczony jest dużym ogrodem, jest więc możliwość zorganizowania grilla, a nawet małego ogniska. Okolica cicha, 2 km od głównej drogi. Sporo miejsca na rozłożenie namiotu dla dzieci i pozostawienie samochodu na posesji. Miejsce przyjazne zwierzętom i odpowiednie dla rodziny z dziećmi, ale równie dobrze można zorganizować tutaj niewielką imprezę dla znajomych.
You are invited to rest and relax in a renovated post-war attic studio flat in a detached house in Polakowice - a village 15 mins’ drive from Wroclaw. Great road access from the A4 motorway, just 3 km from the Strzelin exit.
The 100- m2 studio is on the first floor, with a separate entrance via stairs directly from the yard. The renovated original brick lends the interior a unique character, a combination of modernity and an exceptional sense of the past.
The house is surrounded by a large garden with apple and cherry trees, as well as lots of green grass where you can take a blanket and rest for a while reading a book, enjoying a drink or even having a barbecue. The area is quiet, though just 2 km from the main road. There is plenty of place for a tent for kids, to park your car or run around. The residence is animal -friendly and suitable for a family with kids, but would also be ideal for a couple or a group of friends to organize a small party.
Na miejscu oferujemy jajka od 'szczęśliwych kur', można też zamówić mleko 'prosto od krowy', a dla smakoszy domowy chleb, pieczony na zakwasie. Once you’re with us we can provide you with eggs from ‘happy hens’, you can order ‘real milk, fresh from the cow’ and for those who can’t resist the taste and smell of home-made bread, you’ll be in for a treat. Dla tych, którzy poza wypoczynkiem na wsi chcą też zwiedzić Wrocław, w którym nie brak dobrych pubów, oferujemy możliwość transportu do miasta i powrót, aby bez problemu można było spróbować lokalnie produkowanego piwa lub nie martwić się o parking w ścisłym centrum miasta. Zapytaj o tę opcję i koszt transportu.
Mieszkanie jest bardzo przestronne, słoneczne i doskonale wyposażone. Właściciel mieszka obok, w razie potrzeby można więc bez problemu dopytać o inne udogodnienia. W okresie letnim możemy zapewnić leżaki i koce do ogrodu. Mieszkanie nie jest ogrzewane, dlatego zapraszamy wyłącznie od kwietnia do października.

For those who, apart from relaxation in the village, fancy a drink or two in Wroclaw, famous for its local beer, we offer a drop-off and pickup service to and from the city centre. Stay until late and enjoy a drink without worrying about finding a parking space in the busy centre. Details and costs for this option are available on request.
The studio is very spacious, sunny and well-equipped. The owners live just next door so, if necessary, we can give you advice or a helping hand. During the summer we can provide garden chairs and blankets. The studio is not heated, which is why we invite guests from April to mid-September. Floor heating is provided in the bathroom.
